I am alive forever and ever! Revelation 1:18

Are people turning a deaf ear, blind eye to your need?  Remember, there is a God who lives forever, to embrace you, to bless you and to crown you with His blessings. He listens to you cry.

One of the wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal, is actually a tomb. In this manner, all over the world, many tombs of great men exist as memorials. But, does the Lord Jesus Christ who changed the course of history of the world into “Before Christ” and “After Christ,” has a memorial built for Him? No. The reason being, even though nailed to the cross and gave up His life, He rose up on the third day and is living in our midst, even today. Many may ask us, “Then show us the Christ!” If someone put forth a question to you, “How will electricity look like?” You cannot give the answer but you will give a reply in a different way, “the electric supply makes the bulbs burn, enables the radio to work and makes the train run on its tracks.”

Like this, even to this day, in the name of Jesus, the sick are healed, the broken hearted receive comfort and those who traverse on wrong ways are transformed into good people. The great fact is that Jesus is alive even today and is doing great works.  The Lord who said, “I am alive forever and ever” (Revelation 1:18) is truly standing by your side to bless you too! Dead people cannot do miracles.  Only a living person can do something for your need.  Just ask Jesus. Say along with Job of the Bible, “I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth” (Job 19:25).  He is lovingly ready to bless you and crown you above all your adversities.

A Prayer for Today
Dear Father in heaven, I believe that You are eternal, omnipresent and omniscient.  You rose from the dead and living even now.  I love You for being a permanent resident in my heart. You can raise the dead and quicken every dying situation.  Let Your life fill every part of my needs.  Help me to blossom and be fruitful.  Crown me with Your goodness.  In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
