“If you believe, you will see the glory of God” (John 11:40)
Jesus was so fond of the siblings Mary, Martha and Lazarus. When Jesus had gone away from their city, Lazarus fell sick and was at his deathbed. But Jesus returned to Judea staying where He was for two more days. Finally, when Jesus had reached Judea He found that Lazarus had already died and buried in the tomb for four days. He comforted Mary and Martha, wept with them and then performed the supernatural miracle or resurrecting Lazarus from the dead. Before Jesus could perform the miracle, He told Martha “If you believe, you will see the glory of God” (John 11:40). Believing in Jesus is an important aspect in the walk of our lives.

Today, Jesus is in our midst to perform a supernatural miracle in our lives. You may be oppressed due to failures, debts or any kind of struggle but Jesus reckons you to believe in Him that you may see the glory of God. It is through our faith in the sacrifice and work of the Lord Jesus Christ we have received Salvation. God works in ways that man cannot perceive. Bible says in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever ‘believes’ in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” He loves us and He does not want us to perish, instead have eternal life and that eternal life we receive through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Our Lord will roll away the stone and resurrect us. Let us share this love of God with one another by leading them toward the truth of Jesus. Have a blessed day!

A Prayer for Today
Loving Heavenly Father, we thank you for this wonderful day. Thank you for giving us Your son, Jesus Christ. We believe in Him, in His death and resurrection. Lord, help us to see Your glory be manifested in our lives. You alone can roll away the stone of hindrances from our life. We give you all the glory, honour and praise. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen
